On 25th April 2007 SOL-UK held an all day workshop on 'Improving the Decision-Making Process in Institutions' at The London School of Economics. There were 2 speakers, Dr Michael Thompson, an anthropologist, who spoke on the theory of plural rationality or cultural theory as a theory of decision-making and drew from 2 of his recent books, and Dr Alan Watkins, a neuroscientist, who spoke about emotions, feelings and decision-making' There was also be an interactive session after lunch when Rollin Rachele introduced juggling as a tool for decision-making.
