Dear friends of learning organizations, and members of SoL

Just 8 days before our 10-year festive workshop in Paris, we have several good surprises for you in this News Flash :  

·        Three questions to ponder … to help you prepare for the day : 1.     What has happened that you consider essential in terms of organisational learning within your company or organisation over the course of the past 10 years, and in particular over the past 2 years ? 2.     How have you played or developed the role of change agent? 3.     As a change agent, what are the main issues and questions you face today?  

·        Two papers to stimulate your own reflections :   1.     « Towards a more human capitalism and a wiser governance.” A working paper by Alain de Vulpian.  2.     « Sustainable leadership in a changing society”, by Alain de Vulpian and Irène Dupoux-Couturier.  

·        More than 90 participants are now registered, including ten narrators and ten facilitators for learning tables, and a team of reporters for the upcoming issue (n°10!) of Cahiers de SoL…this day is shaping up to be particularly full of life.    

·        There are only a handful of places left and just a day or two to register for them.
