Jonathan Wilson - Dialogue Life

Dialogue Life is a radically new team assessment and development tool based on the work of Marcial Losada into how the best teams develop and sustain their top performance.   Hailed as the greatest breakthrough in team development since Belbin in 1981, Dialogue Life focuses on the few key behaviours that differentiate the best from the rest.  

Unlike many other team development approaches, Dialogue Life takes a systemic approach, looking at the whole team, rather than individuals in it. The Dialogue Life objective assessment and evidential feedback can then become the basis for ongoing team coaching to enhance and sustain team performance.
