We are one group of many within a global community.

We engender interdisciplinary collaboration:

• Providing space in which to explore how organisations work
• Initiating debate and dialogue
• Connecting managers in corporations and organizations with researchers and consultants
• Generating knowledge and capacity for change by engaging in interdisciplinary research and action projects
• Organising master-classes, seminars, workshops and conferences
• Partnering publications and e-publications

Our members develop action-learning communities to:

• Build intellectual capital for individuals and organisations
• Generate new business networks and social systems
• Research, integrate and implement theories and practices of organizational learning
