- Promote the activities of SOL UK within their organisations
- Play an active role in creating a context in which organisational learning is helped
- Employees taking advantage of corporate membership to be named and they must abide by the principles set out in this section and the one relating to manager members
Before becoming a member you are invited to attend two SOL UK events and experience the non-adversarial culture this community demands for open and honest dialogue. The SOL UK Board of directors review all applications to join and they reserve the right to refuse membership. This is a safeguard intended to protect the culture we’ve already developed within SOL UK.
