Principles of Individual Manager membership

A manager is viewed as anyone directly employed to deliver change in line with their organisation’s ambitions.

  • Applicants are neither consultants nor academics
  • Can contribute specific skills, knowledge, and expertise to help the development of the SOL community
  • Will maintain high ethical and quality standards and will not bring the reputation of SOL-UK into disrepute
  • Play an active role in creating a context in which organisational learning is helped;
  • Individual membership is not transferable

Before becoming a member we encourage people to participate in a SOL UK event, if possible, as this is an excellent way to experience the non-adversarial culture this community demands for open and honest dialogue and to get to know fellow members.  Please Contact Us to find out more.
