A manager is viewed as anyone directly employed to deliver change in line with their organisation’s ambitions.
- Applicants are neither consultants nor academics
- Can contribute specific skills, knowledge, and expertise to help the development of the SOL community
- Will maintain high ethical and quality standards and will not bring the reputation of SOL-UK into disrepute
- Play an active role in creating a context in which organisational learning is helped;
- Individual membership is not transferable
Before becoming a member you are invited to attend two SOL UK events and experience the non-adversarial culture this community demands for open and honest dialogue. The SOL UK Board of directors review all applications to join and they reserve the right to refuse membership. This is a safeguard intended to protect the culture we’ve already developed within SOL UK.
