- Applicant is a faculty member of a research university and is doing relevant research
- Aim to publish in well-known journals
- Able to work collaboratively with consultant, corporate and other members on joint projects
- Contribute relevant knowledge to help the development of the SOL community
- Will maintain high ethical and quality standards and will not bring the reputation of SOL-UK into disrepute
- Will strive towards research of the highest standard
- Play an active role in creating a context in which organisational learning is helped
- Individual membership is not transferable
Before becoming a member you are invited to attend two SOL UK events and experience the non-adversarial culture this community demands for open and honest dialogue. The SOL UK Board of directors review all applications to join and they reserve the right to refuse membership. This is a safeguard intended to protect the culture we’ve already developed within SOL UK.
