Projects

SoL UK are proud to support various projects that are in line with our main areas of focus. For example:

• Daedalus Trust - is very much focused on re search as it relates to issues of learning associated with leadership and organisational decision taking.
• Akatemia - is focused on developing a new university programme where team and individual learning processes are associated with the development of entrepreneurial businesses.

These projects provide us with an opportunity to partner with other organisations and people. We expect to discover (research), integrate (develop capacity) and implement (practice) the theories and practices of organisational learning for the interdependent development of people and their organisations and communities.
